The project
The INSPIRE Network (Inter-University Network for Sustainable Peace, Innovation, Research, and Education) is a collaborative initiative launched in the Republic of Moldova that unites universities and NGOs to empower a new generation of changemakers. In 2025, it host the INSPIRE Academy of Future Leaders, featuring three specialized schools designed to equip young leaders with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to tackle global challenges and create positive impact in their communities. Through this platform, the Network aims to train leaders capable of advancing sustainable development, shaping political and social transformations at global and regional levels, fostering international cooperation, and strengthening ties between academic communities
The 2025 three thematic schools were organized, each focusing on key topics:

Strategic leadership, sustainable development, diplomacy, and public diplomacy - Tech Peacemakers: Digital Solutions for Social Cohesion

Technology for peacebuilding, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and digital inclusion - Future Voices: Media and Communication for Young Innovators
(October 23–25, 2025, Business Hub, Tiraspol)
Media and communication, storytelling, personal branding, digital literacy, and conflict management
On 6 December 2025, a final conference was held to summarize the results of the INSPIRE Academy of Future Leaders and outline plans for future development.
